This Privacy Policy explains how Blnzk handles information associated with browsing phone stands, placing an order, arranging delivery, and requesting product support.
We separate order identity from product-fit detail wherever the workflow allows. A question about a stand normally needs its model plus a few physical facts—such as phone width with the case fitted, desk-edge thickness, or the type of magnetic interface—not the customer's employer, travel routine, contact list, photographs library, screen contents, or complete room layout. Support access is limited to the record needed for the request. A representative evaluating a loose hinge does not need payment credentials, and a delivery provider does not need a photograph of the customer's device.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information may include a name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, order contents, IP address, browser type, related device data, support correspondence, and payment information handled through the secure checkout provider. Voluntary product-support detail can include the selected stand, phone width and thickness with its case, the diameter or placement of a compatibility ring, desk-edge thickness, or a close photograph of a hinge, clamp, cradle, pad, flexible arm, parcel, or supplied component. We do not need a phone serial number, IMEI, unlock code, paired-device list, account name, contact list, notification history, or files stored on the phone to evaluate ordinary stand fit. Before attaching a picture, customers should lock or turn away the screen and crop faces, reflections, notifications, contact names, device identifiers, address labels unrelated to the request, room views, access credentials, and background documents.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information helps us maintain storefront security, understand page reliability, and diagnose browser-level checkout faults; it is not a channel into the files, camera, microphone, contacts, messages, or installed applications on a customer's handset.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, fraud prevention providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, customers, and business operations.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
We may use personal information to provide targeted advertising or marketing communications that may be of interest to customers. Singapore residents may request access to or correction of personal data and may withdraw consent where permitted by law. Financial Data Security
To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
Checkout details travel through encrypted connections, while complete card credentials and authorization remain within the secure Shopify Payments environment rather than the product-support workflow.
Cookies, International Processing, and Retention
Essential cookies and similar storage can maintain the checkout session, keep a selected stand in the cart, associate the correct currency and delivery market, and defend forms against repeated unauthorized requests. Optional measurement may show that visitors viewed a folding, magnetic, or clamp model, but it does not reveal which applications or documents are open on their phones. Browser controls can limit optional storage; blocking session functions can prevent cart or checkout features from working correctly. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and payment disputes, delivery records for fulfilment and carrier review, and support messages for the return or product issue being handled. Fraud signals and legally required records can follow different periods because their purposes differ. When a category of information is no longer reasonably necessary, it is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated according to the capability of the system holding it. A customer may ask which contact channel should be used for a privacy request without first sending copies of identity documents; verification is requested only when reasonably needed for the particular right.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred personal information receives protection consistent with applicable data protection law.
Children, Third-Party Links, and Updates
The Site is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party links or services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal requirements.
