This Payment Policy describes currency display, checkout methods, authorization, fraud review, and refund routing for purchases made from Blnzk. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
The final order total appears before confirmation. A listed compatibility ring, alignment guide, cradle, or clamp component included in the package does not create a separate post-checkout fee. Product purchases are one-time transactions rather than subscriptions, and Blnzk does not schedule recurring charges for stand support or ordinary account access. A bank or provider may temporarily show an authorization while checkout or order review is completed, and that provider controls when an unsuccessful or cancelled authorization disappears from the account.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Only the payment choices displayed in the live Shopify Payments checkout for the customer's location and device are currently available. Images or wording elsewhere on the storefront do not add a method that is absent at checkout. A magnetic-interface illustration does not represent a digital wallet or payment method, and a phone shown as scene context is not part of the checkout transaction.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
Checkout details travel through encrypted connections, while complete card credentials and authorization remain within the secure Shopify Payments environment rather than the product-support workflow.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Submitting checkout requests authorization but does not bypass inventory, address, or security review. We may contact the purchaser using order details when a delivery field, quantity, or transaction signal needs clarification before fulfilment. If several stands ship separately for physical protection, the parcel split does not authorize us to charge the same completed item total again. A customer-requested model change must be confirmed through the order workflow; support will not ask for complete card credentials by email to collect a difference.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
An order may be paused or cancelled when authorization fails or transaction indicators reasonably suggest unauthorized use. Review may consider transaction and order signals, but it does not require remote access to the customer's phone or disclosure of a device passcode. A refund owed after cancellation or an approved return is sent to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another route.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
